Our Committee

Committee

Every year, we welcome new members into the company, whether it be on or off stage. We perform one large-scale musical or pantomime annually, which we support with fundraising social events throughout the year.
We could not do all of it without our incredibly active and dedicated committee who manage our budgets and all of our admin on a voluntary basis. Many of the committee are also in the cast, build the sets, manage the rehearsals, make the costumes...the list is endless.

Meet our committee....

George Mackie - Chair

George has been a committee member for a number of years as an ordinary member, treasurer and currently as chair person.

Anne Mackie - Vice Chair

Anne takes over the role of Vice chair, having been the BTC marketing manager for many years.

Lauren Hendrie - Business Manager

Lauren was Vice Chair for over 7 years and is delighted to be taking over the role of Business Manager.

Joanne Connolly - Secretary

Joanne joined BTC in 2024.
She joined the committee as Secretary in 2025 and also has responsibility for the website

Lynn Keggie - Treasurer

Lynn has been involved with BTC for over 10 years, and is pleased to be continuing as Treasurer this year.

Paul Whyte - Ordinary Member

Paul took to te BTC stage in 2025. This is his first year as a committee member.

Avada Mitchell - Ordinary Member

Avada has been a 'BTC parent' for a number of years. This is her third year as a committee member. She is always welcomed at rehearsals with the tuckshop items.

Joanne Goodall - Ordinary Member

Joanne has been involved with BTC on stage for a number of years. She joined the committee as an ordinary member in 2025 and plays an important role in fundraising.

Jess Russell - Ordinary Member

Jess has been involved with BTC on stage for a number of years. She joins the committee as an ordinary member this year.
